Jera Capital was founded in 2021 by our team that had spent years investing in private equity secondaries at Nordea Private Equity. We saw an opportunity that the market was not fully serving - smaller-ticket transactions, where less competition and greater selectivity could consistently generate attractive returns. With EUR 250m under management, we remain focused on that conviction.
