March 2026 - Expanding the Jera Capital platform
We’re delighted to welcome Sandra Stohler to the firm as our Investor Relations lead, based in Switzerland. As activity across the secondaries landscape continues to accelerate, we see significant opportunity to expand on the strong position Jera has already built. Sandra joins to help us further strengthen our relationships with investors and support the next phase of the platform’s growth.
We’re also celebrating a well-deserved promotion — congratulations to Camilla Madsen, who was promoted from Analyst to Associate. Since joining Jera, Camilla has consistently raised the bar, and this recognition reflects the impact she’s made across the firm.

December 2025 - First close of Jera Capital Secondary Fund II
Jera Capital held first close of a new closed-ended secondaries vehicle (Jera Capital Secondary Fund II). The fund replicates the secondaries approach of Jera Capital's evergreen platform, and invests across GP-led and LP-led opportunities.

September 2024 - New employees, new license and new office!
Jera Capital is excited to share several key developments that highlight the company’s growth and successes in the private equity secondary market. We are proud to welcome two new members to our investment team, celebrate the granting of the Danish AIFM (FAIF) license, and announce our move to a new, larger office space in the heart of Copenhagen.
March 2023 - Jera Capital appoints new Board member
Today, Anne Charlotte Mark was appointed member of the Board of Jera Capital. Anne Charlotte Mark is an accomplished investment professional with more than 30 years of experience from the financial sector, most recently as the deputy CEO, CFO of LD Fonde and before that as head of equities and alternatives in Sampension.
August 2022 - First closing of evergreen fund and subsequent investment
Jera Capital is delighted to announce the successful first closing of our private equity evergreen fund, Jera Direct Access Private Equity (the “Fund”), and the subsequent closing of the Fund's first investment.
March 2022 - Jera Capital incorporates its first evergreen fund in Luxembourg
Jera Direct Access Private Equity ("Jera DAPE®") was incorporated in Luxembourg as a SICAV-RAIF.

February 2022 - Jera Capital appoints new Board member
Henrik von Knorring was appointed member of the Board of Jera Capital. Henrik will sit on the Board alongside Christen Estrup and Chairman Bendt Wedell. Henrik is the CEO of Hereditas, a Finnish family office. Henrik has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, both as CIO for Nordea Life & Pensions (Finland) and CEO of Nordea Inv. Mgt. AB.
